Not happy with tag team success with his later-to-be broadcast journalist brother Raymond, Jacques Rougeau went on to become the Mountie in the WWE. He claimed to be handsome, brave and strong and to enforce the law - yet he always seemed to need a stun gun as well as his wrestling skills to work his way up to Intercontinental Title glory! He may no longer be 'enforcing the law' in the WWE but he is now in full force on Classic Superstars Series 13!
