DELIVERY INFORMATION
Popcorn Live postage is determined by the value of your order. For domestic orders within the UK valued at under £50.00 you will pay £2.95. All orders of £50.00 or over will be charged £4.95 postage. Please see below for all international orders.
All orders accepted by Popcorn Live for products confirmed as "in-stock" will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of ordering, subject to your payment being authorised and barring system failure. Should items be held in a location other than our mail-order warehouse we reserve the right to hold your order pending their transfer, should these delays be expected to take longer than 24 hours you will be contacted by email. For "pre-order" or "not in stock" items please take note of the availability dates and information on the relevant product pages.
Our deliveries are made by the Royal Mail and Parcelforce, depending on your selected shipping rate. Deliveries will require a signature from the address the parcel is sent to, prior to the parcel being released. Please note that we require a signature for tracking purposes and cannot honour any request to leave a parcel at your desired location without one. Should no-one be available to sign for the parcel it will be taken back to your local distribution centre and/or post office, and a calling card left. This card will detail where the parcel is being stored and provide a contact telephone number so you can rearrange delivery for a more convenient date or time, or request redirect to another address - please note that for security reasons proof of address or photo I.D. may be required when collecting parcels from our couriers.
Should a delivery attempt fail, any returns costs incurred due to parcels being returned to us by Royal Mail or Parcelforce for failure to collect or an incorrect address will be met by the customer. If you are unable to collect the parcel within the time stated for any reason, please inform us so we can arrange alternative methods of delivery.
Due to changes in our courier's policy, Parcelforce will now attempt to leave undelivered orders with a neighbour. If customers do not wish for this to be done, they need to state this in the Special Instructions section when ordering.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Popcorn welcomes all international orders. To check availability please email support@popcornskate.co.uk. For any orders off mainland UK which are over 1.2 kg, there will be a surcharge of £6.00.
Due to the quantity of International interest, we have now introduced standard tariffs for our friends in Europe.
Zone 1 is priced at £9.95. This includes Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland. This is usually a 2-3 day service. For heavier items an additional surcharge per kilogram will be emailed to the customer for acceptance.
Zone 2 is priced at £15.95. This includes Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Jersey, Guernsey, Channel Islands and Eire. This is usually a 3-4 day service. For heavier items an additional surcharge per kilogram will be emailed to the customer for acceptance.
Any orders outside of these zones will be emailed their surcharge for acceptance. Please note that if you select domestic UK delivery rates for international orders you will be charged at the standard rate for your international location - if you're not sure which to select, don't worry, we'll be happy to charge you at the appropriate rate.
Due to the current risk of credit card fraud no deliveries are currently being accepted to Indonesia, Morocco and Nigeria.
