Timothy Dalton returns as 007, though hes on his own this time (not working for the government) and is out for revenge. His pal Felix Leiter, a DEA agent, has been seriously hurt by drug lord Franz Sanchez, so Bond goes after Sanchez with a vengeance — even though Q has told him to cease and desist — leading to many big explosions and multiple deaths.
